Ingredients

  • 1 box chickpea noodles 8 oz
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast boneless & skinless
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 25 oz
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Pour the alfredo sauce & marinara sauce into a crock pot. Add in the seasonings and stir.
  • Place the chicken breasts into the crock pot. Scoop the sauce over the chicken breasts.
  • Cook on high for 2-3 hours (low 4-5 hours) or until the chicken is cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Take the chicken out of the crock pot and shred. Add back to the crock pot.
  • Heat a pot of water & cook the pasta according to the box instructions. Drain and add to the crock pot. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken & pasta. Place the lid on the crock pot and let cook for 15 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Add parmesan before servings. Enjoy!
