- 1 box chickpea noodles 8 oz
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast boneless & skinless
- 1 jar marinara sauce 25 oz
- 1 jar alfredo sauce 15 oz
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Pour the alfredo sauce & marinara sauce into a crock pot. Add in the seasonings and stir.
Place the chicken breasts into the crock pot. Scoop the sauce over the chicken breasts.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours (low 4-5 hours) or until the chicken is cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Take the chicken out of the crock pot and shred. Add back to the crock pot.
Heat a pot of water & cook the pasta according to the box instructions. Drain and add to the crock pot. Mix well.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken & pasta. Place the lid on the crock pot and let cook for 15 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Add parmesan before servings. Enjoy!
