- 1.5 lbs chicken
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Place the chicken breast in slow cooker.
Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, sriracha, salt, and pepper into a small bowl. Mix well.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breast. Cook on high for 2-3 hours (low 4-5 hours) or until the chicken is cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Take the chicken out of the crock pot and shred. When shredding the chicken, add corn starch to the sauce in the crockpot and stir to thicken.
Add the chicken back into the crockpot. Stir.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Optional: Serve with rice and broccoli.
