Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken

Measuring Cups
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
Add honey, dijon mustard, garlic, worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and cayenne to a small bowl. Mix well.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breast. Cook on high for 2-3 hours (low 4-5 hours) or until the chicken is cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Take the chicken out of the crock pot and shred. Add the chicken back into the crockpot. Stir.
Optional: Serve with rice and a vegetable, or on sandwich rolls with slaw.
