Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats
  • 2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 cup egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and add to a blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add cooking spray.
  • Make pancakes until you use all of the batter.
  • Let cool and enjoy!

About 5 small pancakes per serving, but depends how big you make the pancakes!
