I'm always trying to make more healthy breakfast recipes and this is definitely a winner. There is so much extra protein than what you would find in traditional pancakes.

The next day, take out the desired amount of pancakes. You could heat up on a baking sheet in the oven, in the microwave, or my personal favorite way to warm up pancakes - the toaster!
To store leftovers in the freezer, let cool completely first. Then put the pancakes in a sealed Ziploc freezer bag with all the air removed.

Help please.
I used the recipe of 2 cups of each oatmeal, cottage cheese and egg whites. I had way more than 5 small pancakes. I had 16 x 2.5 inch rounds. That seems like way more…and definitely not one serving. Delicious…but the serving size and macros seem off. Would love your guidance.

Hi Carole, the number of pancakes per serving will just depend on how big the pancakes are! If you had 16 pancakes, that would mean 4 pancakes were 1 serving as there is 4 servings for the recipe. Hope this helps!
