- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 3 bell peppers thinly sliced
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 bag tortillas
- 2 limes
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a large sheet pan with cooking spray.
Gather all the ingredients. Cut the peppers, onion, and chicken into thin strips.
Put the ingredients into a large bowl. Add olive oil and fajita seasoning packet. Toss well until chicken, pepper, and onion are evenly coated. Spread it into an even layer across the sheet pan (use a second pan if needed).
