- ¼ cup funfetti cake mix I use Pillsbury
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 12.6 grams (I use Clean Simple Eats -- use JORDO for a discount)
- 3 tablespoon milk I use almond milk
- Toppings: whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, anything you want
In a small bowl, add the cake mix, protein powder, and milk. Stir until combined and smooth.
(Note: If the mixture is dry, add another tablespoon of milk to make it wet to be similar to a brownie batter consistency)
Cook in the microwave for 75 seconds.
Top with whipped cream, extra sprinkles, and any extra toppings.
