- 8 low-carb tortillas
- 1 lb turkey sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1.5 cups egg whites
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ onion diced
- salt ¼ tsp
- pepper ¼ tsp
- garlic powder ½ tsp
- optional: avocado, hot sauce, extra veggies
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spray with cooking spray.
Add diced onion and turkey sausage.
Cook until meat is brown and cooked through. Drain excess grease. Cut heat to low.
In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, egg whites and seasonings.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the meat. Stir frequently and cook until eggs are cooked through scrambled.
Sprinkle the scramble mixture with cheese and let sit for about a minute, until melted. Turn off heat and let cool.
Lay out 8 burrito tortillas.
Separate the scramble evenly into the tortillas.
Roll into sealed burritos.
Wrap in foil and store in a sealed bag in the fridge.
