- 8 oz chickpea pasta
- 12 oz chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 8 oz mozzarella peals
- 8 oz pesto
- 1 cup spinach
- topping: parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes
