- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup pumpkin
- Top with whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice
Gather all ingredients and add to a blender.
Blend well.
Grease a waffle maker using butter or cooking spray. Add batter.
Make waffles until you use all of the batter.
Let cool and enjoy!
