- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic (4-5 cloves), minced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons ginger minced
Place the chicken breast in slow cooker.
Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and vinegar to a small bowl. Mix well.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breast. Cook on high for 2-3 hours (low 4-5 hours) or until the chicken is cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Take the chicken out of the slow cooker and shred.
Add chicken back to the slow cooker. Stir.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
