Snickers Stuffed Dates

- 10 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ tablespoon coconut oil
- toppings: sea salt
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a sheet pan.
Using a knife, make a small incision to open and remove the pit in the date. Do not cut all the way through.
Stuff a little bit of peanut butter and 2-3 peanuts into each date. Press closed.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Place in the microwave and heat and stir in 30 second increments until chocolate is completely melted.
Dip each stuffed date in the melted chocolate and place on the sheet of parchment paper. (I recommend using a toothpick to dip the dates in the melted chocolate)
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Place in the freezer for about an hour. Enjoy!
