Turkey Boursin Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 5.3 oz boursin cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs is 165 degrees.
  • Take out of oven and let cool.
  • Serve with pasta, salad, or whatever you wish.
