Sugar Free Blondie Recipe
7 Brew is a coffee shop that has skyrocketed to popularity in the last couple of years. This delicious Sugar Free Blondie Recipe is inspired by the amazing Blondie latte from 7 Brew. It is not an identical copy, just my take on it so you can make your kitchen into your very own kitchen shop.
To make this recipe, you'll need just a few simple ingredients and an espresso machine. You can make this recipe hot or iced. During the hot summer months I prefer iced for sure!
I have been loving experimenting with different espresso drinks and this one does not disappoint. It hits the spot every time!

- Espresso: You can use any type of espresso you have. I use a light roast espresso, but anything will work. Choose your favorite or whatever you have on hand.
- Milk: I love Fairlife milk for many reasons, but any type of milk or milk substitute will work. Try almond milk, nonfat milk, or whole milk!
How long does a sugar free blondie last in the fridge?
Your latte will probably last for a day or two in the fridge. A lot depends on the different factors, like how long it was left out, what kind of milk you used, and if it has been stored in an airtight container.
I would check the latte for any signs of spoilage before drinking it out of the fridge after more than 24 hours.
What goes well with a sugar free blondie
I find that the sweet flavors a blondie go so well with any type of breakfast, savory or sweet. If you have some heavy cream on hand, you can use that, along with a few other ingredients, to make some cold foam to top this delicious drink.
Another flavor that tastes really good with the blondie is brown sugar cinnamon. You could shake the drink with some brown sugar and add some cinnamon sprinkled on top.

Does a skinny vanilla latte have sugar free syrup?
Yes, typically a skinny vanilla latte uses sugar free syrup. This recipe sure does!
How healthy are sugar free blondies?
Healthy is a subjective term and it is hard to define, especially when talking about a caffeinated beverage. The sugar-free aspect of this takes out the refined sugar that would typically be in a drink like this. That makes it "healthier" if you are trying to remove refined sugar. However, there are other ingredients in a sugar-free syrup that wouldn't be deemed the most "healthy".
When it comes to drinks like this, it is really a personal decision on if this fits into your health plans and goals for yourself. For me, it totally does! I need my coffee and this is a fun way to dress it up.
