Hey! I heard you wanted a Low-Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole. Well, good news:

Chicken bacon ranch casserole
Plenty of trios are worthy of praise. Earth, Wind & Fire, perhaps, or the Jonas Brothers. What about Chicken, Bacon & Ranch?
This Low-Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole will bring these three starring ingredients to the front of your mind next time someone asks you to “Name a better trio.” I’ll wait.
Low-carb chicken bacon ranch casserole
While it’s not perfectly easy to define what “low-carb” means in any given context, but for a pasta dish, 22g/serving (along with 46g of protein!) seems to work pretty well in a carb-conscious nutrition plan.

Chicken bacon ranch casserole ingredients
Where many chicken bacon ranch dishes come along with a substantial fat count due to bacon, butter, and ranch, this casserole elegantly dodges those concerns thanks to the combination of greek yogurt and almond milk. I promise it doesn’t leave any flavor behind!
Here’s the ingredient breakdown:
- Banza Penne Pasta
- shredded chicken
- plain greek yogurt
- ranch seasoning mix
- unsweetened almond milk
- low fat mozzarella cheese
- bacon
- Optional: chopped green onions & hot sauce
Substitution ideas
- any kind of pasta
- your preferred milk
- any kind of cheese
- extra bacon, cheese, or ranch!

How to make chicken bacon ranch casserole
This recipe is EASY. Here's what you have to do:
- Prepare all ingredients by separately cooking the pasta, chicken, and bacon.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine the greek yogurt, almond milk, ranch seasoning, half of the bacon, and half of the cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded chicken to the sauce mixture. Stir until chicken and pasta are coated completely.
- Pour the pasta mixture into the casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon evenly across the top of the casserole.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Top with green onions, hot sauce, and enjoy!
- To portion, divide into 6ths; for a more exact portion measurement, divide total food weight (not including dish) by 6
How to store casserole
This casserole keeps well in the fridge; I’ve kept it in Tupperware containers and even in the original pan, covered with tin foil.
How to reheat casserole
Either the microwave or the oven will get this dish hot and ready for you to enjoy all over again.

What goes with chicken bacon and ranch casserole?
This is a pretty substantial meal in itself, but it can also sit nicely on a plate with some fresh vegetables or a salad and not be out of place.
Is chicken bacon ranch casserole healthy?
I always find myself addressing this question in the same way: it depends on what you mean! For me, this chicken bacon ranch casserole absolutely fits well within a healthy nutrition plan, which is especially great considering the “comfort food” nature of this meal.

This dish is so tasty and also reheats very well. I make a double batch for my family to eat throughout the week. Usually I sub turkey bacon because it's what I have on hand but you really could add in anything you want. It's so fast and simple to make but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. 10/10 go make this!

Absolutely love this one! Comes together super fast and the little bit of Buffalo sauce at the end gives it the perfect kick of flavor. Adult and kid approved!

This recipe was delicious- I LOVED the high protein macros on this for the delicious taste! My boyfriend didnt even realize it had so much protein because of how rich it tastes. I left the oven on a few minutes too long, so I am excited to remake this perfectly next time- but the first time was still delicious! Also, the recipe makes way more than I anticipated so I had so much for lunches and dinners during the week. Would be great for a family meal! Great for meal prep!

This is a favorite in my house. My hubby and two little boys love this meal! I add sautéed broccoli and sometimes cherry tomatoes to add some veggies that I know my boys will devour. Even without broccoli or tomatoes, this dish is a must try!

Super easy recipe and it was DELICIOUS!! Total comfort food, but with good macros! I used turkey bacon because it’s what I had on hand and it did not disappoint. This will definitely be on repeat here.
