If you've been around Jordo's World for any amount of time, you know casseroles are absolutely one of my favorite things. Simple ingredients, quick cooking time, and perfect for the whole family! You can dress them up, or dress them down. They're perfect for any occasion, and this crescent roll breakfast casserole is no different.
Crescent rolls are a versatile and quick way to bulk up a casserole. They are buttery, soft, and undeniably delicious. This recipe combines turkey sausage, egg whites, cheese, and cottage cheese to create a high-protein, tasty casserole that will make breakfast so easy all week.

- crescent rolls
- turkey sausage
- egg whites
- nonfat cottage cheese
- monterey jack cheese shredded
- bacon
- salt
- pepper

How to make crescent roll breakfast casserole
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking grease and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown turkey sausage and drain excess grease from skillet. Set aside.
- Open crescent rolls, unroll, and lay evenly on bottom of baking dish, covering completely. 5.Evenly distribute sausage crumbles on top of the crescent rolls.
- In a blender, add egg whites, cottage cheese, and seasonings. Blend until creamy.
- Pour the egg mixture into the casserole dish.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese and the chopped bacon evenly on the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool. Enjoy!

- 1 lb turkey sausage (16 oz)
- 1.5 cup egg whites (368 g)
- 1.5 cup nonfat cottage cheese (342 g)
- ½ cup monterey jack cheese shredded (56 g)
- 4 pieces bacon cooked & chopped (40 g)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
