My husband and I have enjoyed this chicken for several meals the past few days, and each time my husband says how good it is! Juicy and full of flavor - especially when served with freshly squeezed lime!

Had this for dinner over cauliflower rice and a corn black bean blend. Sprinkled a little cheese on top, and it was super delicious. I also didn’t remember to get it in the crockpot til 2 hours out so I’m so thankful it is easy to throw together. Excited for left overs tomorrow!
