What are the ingredients in a star crunch?
You only need 5 ingredients!
- crispy rice cereal
- dark chocolate chips
- coconut oil
- caramel bits
- milk
How to make homemade star crunch bars
- Place a piece of parchment paper in a 9 x 9 baking dish. Set aside.
- Add the crispy rice cereal to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, add the caramel bits and milk. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes, until caramel bits are melted. Stir until mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Place in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate and caramel into the bowl over the crispy rice cereal. Stir gently until the cereal is completely coated.
- Pour the coated crispy rice mixture into the pan with parchment paper.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces & enjoy!

You can use any kind of milk! I used almond for the recipe because that's what I had in the fridge :)
