Meal planning has been such a huge game-changer in my life. From freeing up time during the week to helping me meet my nutrition goals, having a weekly meal plan really helps me take on a busy schedule with confidence.
Because of this, I’m making free weekly meal plans with my recipes. Here’s free weekly meal plan #44!
This is an example if you want a basic foundation for a week of eating, or if you want to just work on adding more home-cooked meals into your life. However, you can scale up recipes to feed an entire family!

Recipes to Meal Prep
This meal plan uses only a few recipes! This makes for a QUICK and easy prep. Here's the recipes you'll need:
- Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole with English Muffin & Cheese Wedge - This tater tot breakfast casserole is one of my favorite high-protein breakfast recipes! I like having a serving with a toasted english muffin with a cheese wedge.
- Skillet Lasagna with Cesear Salad Kit (½ Bag) - My family loves this skillet lasagna. It's so creamy and delicious, and the leftovers are great too! We're having a cesear salad with it.
- Vegetarian Burrito - I've been on a big burrito kick so I prepped a batch of vegetarian burritos for the week! If you want a meat version, here's a beef burrito version.
- Strawberry Banana Smoothie - I love making smoothie bags for the freezer to grab for snacks during the week. The smoothie banana flavor is my favorite.
- Yogurt & Fruit - For an afternoon high-protein snack, yogurt & fruit is one of my go-to's.
- Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cups - I'm loving these oatmeal peanut butter cups for a dessert, because I always need a sweet treat!
