Meal planning has been such a huge game-changer in my life. From freeing up time during the week to helping me meet my nutrition goals, having a weekly meal plan really helps me take on a busy schedule with confidence.
Because of this, I’m making free weekly meal plans with my recipes. Here’s free weekly meal plan #49!
This is an example if you want a basic foundation for a week of eating, or if you want to just work on adding more home-cooked meals into your life. However, you can scale up recipes to feed an entire family!

Recipes to Meal Prep
This meal plan uses only a few recipes! This makes for a QUICK and easy prep. Here's the recipes you'll need:
- Pancake Sausage Bites - These are one of my favorite breakfasts to prep. They're made with only 3 ingredients and make a high-protein, delicious breakfast perfect for a busy morning. I serve with a greek yogurt cup for extra protein.
- Healthy Orange Chicken - I made the crockpot version of this so it was ready with minimal effort! I serve with broccoli and rice.
- Healthy Chicken Enchiladas - These are an all-time favorite recipe! They're SO delicious and filling. I like to top with avocado and serve with tortilla chips.
- Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cups - If you're a peanut butter chocolate lover, these oatmeal peanut butter cups are a healthier sweet treat to keep on hand for the week. We LOVE them. (Serve over greek yogurt for extra protein)
- High-Protein Strawberry Overnight Oats - I love prepping a few jars of oats for snacks and breakfasts throughout the week! I used the recipe for blueberry oats on my website and just swapped for strawberries.
