Dessert nachos

These dessert nachos are an easy and delicious no-bake dessert! There are graham cracker bites topped with sliced strawberries, and a chocolate and cream cheese drizzle. Each bite is full of creamy chocolate cheesecake goodness.

What are dessert nachos?

Traditional nachos are typically tortilla chips topped with queso and often meat, salsa, and veggies. Instead of using the traditional ingredients, I swapped them for sweet ingredients to make dessert nachos. These dessert nachos are a quick, no-bake treat that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Whether it’s to share during a potluck or movie night, this dessert is a delicious late-night treat!

What ingredients do I need?

  • Bear Bites - My favorite honey graham crackers are Honey Graham Cracker Bear Bites because they are the perfect nacho vessel packed with whole grains and protein. However, you can use pieces of graham crackers or another graham cookie.
  • Strawberries - You'll need to slice some strawberries for this recipe. I suggest at least 1 cup but you can add less or more based on your preference.
  • Chocolate chips - The chocolate chips are going to be melted to drizzle across the nachos, so you can choose your favorite kind.
  • Cream cheese - The cream cheese will be melted and mixed to make a cheesecake-flavored drizzle for the nachos.
  • Powdered sugar - The powdered sugar is going to be mixed with the cream cheese for the cheesecake mixture.
  • Vanilla - Vanilla will be mixed added to the cheesecake mixture.
  • Milk (or heavy cream) - The milk will also be mixed with the cream cheese, vanilla, and milk to make a creamy, cheesecake mixture.

What substitutions can I make?

  • Bear Bites - I like to use Honey Graham Cracker Bear Bites buy you can use pieces of graham crackers or another graham cookie.
  • Strawberries - Strawberries taste great with the graham cracker and cheesecake mixture, but you can use another fruit or leave these off altogether.
  • Chocolate chips - The chocolate chips are going to be melted to drizzle across the nachos, so you can choose your favorite kind whether that's dark, milk, espresso, etc.
  • Cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk - These ingredients are mixed together to make the cheesecake mixture. You can use any kind of milk that you like. If you want a healthier version, you could swap out the cream cheese for a vanilla greek yogurt.
These are all of the ingredients for dessert nachos. There are 7 bowls with ingredients. The bowls are each various sizes and filled with vanilla, cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, chocolate chips, bear bites, and strawberries.
