This is an example if you want a basic foundation for a week of eating, or if you want to just work on adding more home-cooked meals into your life. However, you can scale up recipes to feed a whole family!
Recipes to Meal Prep
This meal plan uses only 3 recipes! This makes for a QUICK and easy prep. Here's the recipes you'll need:
- Pancake sausage bites
- Firecracker chicken
- Egg roll in a bowl
- Not a recipe, but you'll need to prep the rice and broccoli

This meal plan is definitely not one-size-fit all and there are ways to create your own meal plan to better suit your nutrition and fitness needs. Just wondering. Is this for one day or whole week. Do people it this everyday for a week?

I do this for most of the week as meal prepping the recipes makes a few days of food for me. If you are sharing with another person, it would probably last 2-3 days and for 1 person it would last 4-5. Hope this helps!
