For the Salad

  • 5 cups fresh broccoli florets (1 head of broccoli, finely chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • cup red onion finely diced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro finely diced
  • ½ cup slivered almonds

For the Dressing

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • dash Salt (more as needed)


  • Gather all ingredients and prepare as needed.
  • Add broccoli, carrots, red onion, cilantro, cranberries, almonds to a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • To prepare the dressing, add the lemon juice, greek yogurt, mayo, honey, and salt together. Mix well.

SO good!! Had both of our kids try it first - the youngest gave it two big thumbs up. Everyone at our event loved it as well, some asking for the recipe too! Definitely recommend!

This was a hit at our Fourth of July (socially distanced) cookout. Perfectly sweet from the cranberry with a nice touch of red onion at the end.
