You have the opportunity to be super creative with these snacks! The options are endless, but here's my favorite rice cake snacks.

The ingredients for the rice cake snacks will vary depending on which combinations you try. Here's what you'll need for two sweet and two savory variations:

  • Rice cakes - These are the star of the show, so you'll need large, plain rice cakes for these snacks. I prefer mine with a little salt!
  • Peanut butter - For the classic peanut butter and banana rice cake, peanut or any kind of nut butter will provide healthy fats and can be spread all over the top.
  • Banana - Sliced banana will go right on top of the peanut butter for a delicious pairing!
  • Cinnamon - To really top off your peanut butter and banana rice cake, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
  • Avocado - For a savory avocado rice cake, smashed avocado will be a great base layer. Avocados are an awesome some of healthy fats.
  • Red pepper flakes - A sprinkle of red pepper flakes will add some spice to the avocado rice cake.
  • Vanilla greek yogurt - For a berries and cream rice cake, greek yogurt will provide some sweetness for flavor and protein for nutrients!
  • Strawberries - You can't have berries and cream with berries! Choose your favorite kind of berries for the top, either sliced strawberries or blueberries work great.
